Description
Join us on Saturday, October 7th for our Annual Fresh Start 5k run/walk event! Fresh Start Clubhouse is a nonprofit organization designed to support people with mental illness in their recovery through meaningful work and relationships. We have been helping people with their mental health recovery in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area for more than 20 years.
With the support of community members like you, we have begun taking steps to impact even more lives. With your 5K registration, you will be supporting access to both virtual and in person programs, education support, vocational opportunities, and many other recovery resources.
Pricing: Early Bird Registration - $35 until 9/15 with a t-shirt guaranteed. $45 from 9/16 to 10/4 t-shirts are not guaranteed and available as supplies last. $55 on 10/5 to 10/7, t-shirts not available.
Family Pricing: Register 3 or more people at the same time and receive a $5/person discount.
Team pricing: $5 discount per participant with a team of four or more. The discount will automatically be refunded when you have at least four people join your team. Your team must consist of four or more before registration closes in order to qualify for the team discount of $5 per person. Team members 1-3 will receive a $5 refund once member 4 joins. Member 4+ will automatically pay $5 less. Join in the fun!

Early Packet Pickup: Thursday, October 5th and Friday, October 6th - Packet Pick up will be at: 211 E Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti, MI 48198
Race Day Packet Pickup: Race day morning starting at 8:30 am in the Platt Pavilion.

The race is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.
Course Map
Course instructions: From the start/finish follow the path to the Platt pavilion, turn right onto the fitness trail, which is the green trail on the map. Complete 2 loops of the fitness trail and then return to the finish.

Donate $100 and you'll receive a FREE entry! Discounted entry fees for donations of $75 - $50!
Free entry is valid until 9/15 then it's a $35 discount off the entry fee with a $100 donation.
Steps to receive your free/discounted entry:
1. Choose Sign Up and follow the steps to register for the race
2. You will be routed to the Donation page during registration, choose the donation level
3. Your discounted/free entry will be reflected in the cart during checkout.
* Please note if you go to the donation page first and enter the donation the discount will not be applied for a free entry. You must register by choosing Sign Up first.
