What is a Mind • Body • Tri?

This different spin on a triathlon strengthens your social, mental, physical, and emotional resilience with the 3 legs of the triathlon being: Yoga, Run or Walk, and Meditation. 

We're thrilled to bring you a virtual version of our mind body tri.  This virtual event is as live and as in-person as can be at this time.

Please join us as we gather for the wellness of our mind, body, and spirit. This event is non-competitive so no need to upload results, but you sure do get some sweet swag!

Gather at our virtual meeting space at the designated start time for 45 minutes of yoga led by Lisa Hesse.  You will then have one hour for your run or walk.  The event is designed for a 5K, but it is about personal goals so please do what is available to you. Reconnect with the group for your final leg: guided mediation to bring you back to a place of grounded calm and joyful connection.

One other thing that makes this triathlon a little bit different is that it is not just offered on one date, but 4!  Choose the date that works best for you and then you can add on additional dates for $10 each!
