Description
Project R.E.D. is a six-week program designed to improve running economy through plyometric exercises, and body composition through nutrient timing. This program is intended for people who wish to improve their running performance with proven techniques. Topics will include running economy and body composition basics, proprioceptive training, plyometric exercises, nutrient timing, training intensity distribution, and strength training for runners.
PROJECT R.E.D. meets every Monday at 6pm at Ann Arbor Running Co. for six consecutive weeks.
