Description
Come join AARC and FitPoint for a 1-hour mat pilates class specifically created for runners from 7-8pm on Monday, February 4th at FitPoint (250 W. Eisenhower, Suite 130 Ann Arbor, MI 48103). Most runners understand the importance of a strong core, which helps to maintain proper form as you fatigue. In this mat pilates class you will improve your physical endurance, flexibility, posture, coordination and core strength. The pilates moves we will do will strengthen the diaphragm, stretch tight muscles and improve posture to help you run with less effort. You will learn some great stretches using foam roller and bands to help you recover after running.
