Learn about what happens to our bodies during workouts that makes it so important to recover well, and which types of workouts are most important in terms of recovery from Becca Addison - Better Living Fitness. Becca will talk about simple strategies (including snack and meal ideas) to make sure that you are replenishing carbohydrates and protein, so that you're ready to go for the next workout and not feeling depleted. Common sports nutrition myths will also be covered.
