Build a marathon. Strengthen your heart. One mile at a time.

You don’t run this marathon in a day. You build it. This is a virtual event - you do it on your own time and at your own place.  You will receive the most EPIC shirt and medal in the mail!

In the Mile-a-Day Marathon Challenge: Run for your Heart, you’ll run, walk, wheel, or stroll just one mile a day for 25 days — then finish your final 1.2 miles on April 2, 2026, American Heart Association Walking Day, and officially complete your full 26.2-mile marathon!

100% of the money raised from this event will go to the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women campaign.

One mile. That’s it.
Four laps on a track. A quick loop around the neighborhood. A walk between meetings. A promise you keep to yourself.

You can walk it, run it, jog it, or dance it. Anywhere. Anytime. Every mile makes your heart stronger — and supports the American Heart Association through the Women of Impact campaign.

This isn’t about speed. It’s about momentum.
It’s about showing up.
It’s about proving to yourself that small steps lead to Epic things.

And on April 2, you won’t just finish a mile.
