Are you ready to try a triathlon?
The Shermanator Triathlon Training program will prepare you to complete the Shermanator Triathlon on Saturday, August 3! Our 8-week program is perfect for those new to triathlon and those who are looking for additional training support.

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00pm-7:30pm

Y Members: $100
Community (non Y Member): $150*
