Bay County has fallen to the zombie pandemic and has pushed the human race to the brink of extinction.  Your only chance of survival is through the hoard of zombies awaiting you as you look to escape to the safe zone...

Welcome to Bay City's only Zombie infested 5K fun run!  Bay City Academy is sponsoring this run to help fundraise for their athletics program.

How it works:
You are not running against the clock, but from blood thirsty, virus infected zombies.
All runners will be given a flag belt.  The flags represent your "health".
The first runner to reach the "safe zone" (finish line) with ANY number of flags attached to their belt will receive a $25 gift card.  All runners will receive a customized medal and t-shirt.
Survival skills and course:
There will be a dedicated start and finish line, with plenty of zombies in between to run away from.
The first part of the course is a 1.5 mile run to help spread out the runners, but don't be fooled...you may encounter a zombie hoard along the way.
The second part of the course is a 1.5 mile-ish adventure through the "infected zombie zone". 
Official Course length may vary from person to person.  For example, a direct line of running with no zombie encounters may shorten the course (good luck with that), while the more zombies you encounter, may force you to extend your distance as you try and escape them.
Your registration fee of $35 includes entry to the 5K fun run, a t-shirt and a customized zombie medal.

The event is open for online registration and will stay open until October 1st; in person registration will be Thursday, October 10th, from 4pm-7pm. Thursday, October 10th, will be packet and t-shirt pickup from 4pm-7pm at Bay City Academy Gym, 301 N Farragut St, Bay City, MI. BRING YOUR EVENT TICKET TO VERIFY YOUR SHIRT SIZE!

Race starts at 6:00 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2019.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes! This is how we will verify the shirt size you ordered. We want to make sure everyone gets the shirt they ordered!
