Race for Education

Thanks for supporting the Birch Run Taymouth Educational Foundation in the 5th Annual Race for Education!!

Proceeds will support the foundation in its mission to provide the Birch Run Area Schools with grants to provide extraordinary education as well as scholarships for high school seniors. 

You can choose from a 5K Run or Walk or a 1K Panther Trot. Registration is open online until the night before the race. 5K Run/Walk race registration includes a t-shirt and race packet. The Race for Education will start at the Birch Run High School and will end at the track. Spectators are welcome to sit in the bleachers and watch as the runners and walkers cross the finish line.

Late registration and packet pick up will be held Friday May 11, 2016 from 5:00-8:00pm or the morning of the race beginning at 7:30AM @ the Birch Run High School. (gym entrance)

5K Run/Walk begins at 9:00am. The Panther Trot will begin at 10:15 for the kids and kids at heart! 

*Registered runners/walkers will be able to join their children in the 1K Panther Trot.

The race begins at the high school & heads south on Church St. Participants will go through the Birch Run Park & end at the track at the Birch Run High School. There we will celebrate! 

*****The top 3 finishers in the 5K Run and 5K Walk will receive a medal. *****
