Join us for a full body workout! At Core Revolution we are focused on YOU. Our Instructors concentrate on alignment and form to provide you with a safe, effective workout. We will be sampling what a workout is like at this locally owned studio. This workout is for all levels, so come ready for a challenging yet fun 45 minute long workout.
