1. Identify for you the causes and risk factors that can cause achilles tendinitis and heel pain (incl. plantar fasciitis)
2. Share successful strategies to help prevent or self-treat heel pain
3. Identify the biggest mistake you can make if you have achilles tendinitis
PLUS : We will show will what are perhaps the 3 BEST exercises to prevent achilles tendinitis and heel pain!
