Description
Every year, almost 50% of runners and many walkers get injured, while many of these injuries can be easily avoided.
This seminar is intended for that individual that is struggling with a new or recurrent injury and is unable to exercise or train the way they would like!
We will cover:
1.The key common ‘weak links’ that lead to injury & how to recognize them
2.How to judge the severity of an injury & what to do about it
3.Key exercises that can be done & strategies to employ to minimize injury risk.
In addition, all attendees, will be given the opportunity to schedule a FREE Consultation, if you are currently struggling with or have had a recurrent injury.
