Join Running Lab for our second annual Book Club read. We're reading "North: A Memoir About Finding My Way Running The Appalachian Trail" by Scott Jurek. Grab a copy of this phenomenal book and come prepared to discuss. We'll gather at Block Brewing Company on US 23 in Brighton to share our experiences and explore the message of the book to our running and to our lives.
About the book: 46 DAYS - 2,189 MILES. After two decades of racing, training, speaking, and touring, Scott felt an urgent need to discover something new about himself. He embarked on a wholly unique challenge, one that would force him to grow as a person and as an athlete: breaking the speed record for the Appalachian Trail.
