23rd Annual Hills & Dales General Hospital 5K Run & Walk and 8K Run

We are sorry to say but due to COVID-19 and the cancellation of Freedom Festival, our 23rd Annual 5K/8K race has to be cancelled. We are still going to offer the race as a VIRTUAL event as a way to still encourage runners and walkers to get out and challenge themselves while adhering to the current government guidelines of the coronavirus.

There is no entry fee for this virtual event, but that also means no shirts or awards either. 

The window to do this event and to submit your results will open Friday, July 3 through Sunday, July 5, giving you a 3 day window to complete this.

For those of you that do participate in this virtual event, we will have a random drawing of the finishers and those recipients will earn some great prizes, such as a FREE entry into the 2021 race, gift cards, and other items that can be sent in the mail. The drawing will be split into 4 categories (Male Runner, Female Runner, Male Walker, Female Walker) with one winner from each category.

We hope we will see you join our virtual event!  We encourage you to share with others that you are doing the virtual race, it is a great way to keep one another active! We hope you plan to be back with us next year to keep this great race going!
