Description
Join us in the 28th anniversary celebration of this family-friendly 5 mile run and/or 3 mile run/walk around beautiful Crystal Lake in person on August 3, 2024 or to participate virtually, run any place you want to participate, including your own treadmill (through August 10th, 2024)!
*Start times of events allow you to run both the 5 mile and 3 mile if you have registered for both.
Limited edition T-shirt in your size guaranteed to those who register by July 6, 2024. T-shirts available as supplies last after that date.
Pricing 5 mile and 3 mile: Now until July 6th - $25 includes t-shirt. July 7th to August 2nd $30, t-shirts available as supplies last. Race day August 3rd - $35 shirts not available.
Pricing for the combined 5 mile and 3 mile: Now until July 6th - $40 includes t-shirt. July 7th to August 2nd $45, t-shirts available as supplies last. Race day August 3rd - $50 shirts not available.
Pricing for the Virtual events: Now until July 6th - $25 includes t-shirt. July 7th to August 3rd $35, t-shirts available as supplies last.
Packet pickup and race day registration for the 5 mile event: Morning of the race starting at 7:00 am - 7:45 am. 5 mile race starts: 8:00 am
Packet pickup and race day registration for the 3 mile event: Morning of the race starting at 8:15 am – 9:00 am. 3 mile race starts: 9:15 am

Snacks and beverages available to all participants.
Placement awards and door prizes will be awarded after 2nd race to all who participate in person. Age groups: 8 and under, 9-11, 12-14 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, and 90 and over.
Results will be live during the race and available on this website.
Virtual run times may be turned in through August 10, 2024. Virtual participants are not eligible for awards.
The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation.
