Description
This class combines cardio and strength intervals for maximum fat-burning. Cardio intervals may include BOSU, agility ladders, step and traditional floor aerobics. Strength intervals may utilize heavy and light free weights, kettle bells, TRX, large and small balls, resistance bands. Great for those new to exercise, as well as seasoned participants.
Class will be offered 3X a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:30 - 6:15 am in the Fitness Barn!
1 class per week (4 classes) - $30 / $7.50 per class
2 classes per week (8 classes) - $55 / $6.87 per class
3 classes per week (12 classes) - $70 / $5.83 per class
