About The Event
For over 20 years, the annual Beirut Marathon has brought runners from around the globe to the Lebanese capital in November in the spirit of unity and oneness. This year's event is no different but due to the current conflict in Lebanon, it can not be held in-person and will be virtual.
Do Good Athletics and RUNdetroit brought runners from all over SE Michigan together to host a local running of the event on November 10, the original date of the in-person event. Runners and walkers completed a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or marathon.
100% of the proceeds help displaced families in Lebanon.
