Join us for the Rock CF RadTour!

Emily & her crew will be hitting their bikes to tackle the Great Allegheny Pass & Chesapeake and Ohio Canal Trail , a 320+ mile connected path from Pittsburgh, PA to Washington, D.C. on a mission to promote positive physical & mental health while heightening awareness for cystic fibrosis. We want YOU to ride along with us. Ride solo or with your favorite team of riders from wherever you are. Any outdoor or indoor ride is fair game: road, track, mountain, gravel, peloton, stationary... you name it!

Individuals & Teams will compete for different challenges like most miles ridden, top elevation individual (feet gained), and top fundraising. Your rides will be logged during September 15-21 on your own page here, on RunSignUp. So what are you waiting for?! GET ON YOUR BIKES & RIDE.

What's even better? EVERY full participant will receive a SaltStick DrinkMix container along with a box of Bonk Breaker energy bars with registration.

Are you up for the challenge?

Riders will be able to upload activities during the event week for a chance to take home some awesome gear & prizes! Outdoor, indoor & peloton rides all count towards your total. The rides don't need to be on gravel! You can do road biking, path, mountain, etc. anything you want to rack up the mileage.

Last year, we totaled over 3,400+ miles between all competitors: join us in topping that number this year!
