In case of inclement weather, watch for updates on our Facebook event page about weather updates, delays, new start times, and more. We plan to hold the races rain or shine unless the conditions are unsafe. If thunder or lightning is present, we will delay for 30 minutes. We will delay the race for up to 1 hour and will determine whether the race will be canceled entirely. There is no rain date or refund for the races, but participants will still receive their race t-shirt, finisher medal, race packet including a drawstring bag, and a complimentary membership to the Michigan Nature Association.
