This training is fitness focused and supporting people of all abilities, with a goal of completing a 5K, 10K or Half Marathon at the end of the session. We encourage all ages to sign up for this fun and energetic program! Formal training will be on Saturday mornings (9am) and Monday evenings (6pm) beginning March 17 for nine weeks. Requires a minimum of 5 registered participants.
Events include "Training Only" option as well as events including participation in the DeWitt Take a Breath for PH and Get Moving for MS Race on May 19, 2018.
