Description
Conquest Health and Fitness Foundation is based out of Dewitt, MI and our goal as a foundation is to improve the quality of life for individuals by promoting an active lifestyle through health, fitness and education. The foundation is starting a new 12 week program geared for 6 Mid-Michigan families who identify as at-risk for health related concerns and are interesting in living a healthier lifestyle. Our 12 week course will allow the participating families to work out in our gym (Conquest Gym), take cardiorespiratory classes and engage themselves in classes designed to educate them on the purpose of health and nutrition for a healthier lifestyle.
