Great Race by a Dam Site is going Virtual for 2020!
A virtual race is a race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, or the trail, or the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. All participants will receive a medal!
What: This is a virtual race, so you choose your own course and time yourself.
When: Complete your race anytime on October 17th or October 18th, 2020. Medals and T-shirts will ship prior to the race.
Where: You choose the course and you time yourself. While not required you can submit your results using the link provided when you signed up and that will be your official time.
Why: You want to participate because you love Dimondale as much as we do and you want to support Dimondale Park Development!
Cost $25 per adult if registered by Oct. 1st - shirt & medal guaranteed
$30 per adult if registered between Oct. 2nd and Oct. 11th - shirt & medal not guaranteed
$35 per adult if registered after October 11th or on race day - shirt & medal not guaranteed
Discounted kids pricing: $10 children 12 and under
Packet distribution: T-shirts and finishers medals will be shipped prior to the race if you register by October 1st

Governor's Council Endorsement & Michigan Fitness Foundation Challenge
This race is endorsed by The Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and part of the Michigan Fitness Foundation Challenge. The challenge encourages Michiganders to engage with events that promote physical activity, health and wellness. You will receive a FIT point for every endorsed event you participate in or volunteer for from January 1st until December 31st. Points earn cool swag and a chance to win various prizes!
