Description
What is the Beat Winter 5K Challenge?
Step 1 - Run a 5K race or time trial before winter (turkey trot counts).
Step 2 - Work on strength, speed and work hard to improve your fitness!
Step 3 - Run a FASTER 5K at the end of winter (March / April).
*This will be an awesome challenge to help you stay focused and stay motivated in the winter training cycle! All of the speed you develop will make your half marathon and marathon paces feel easier!
