Canine Cruise 5K Run/Walk

The Canine Cruise is a 5k Run/Walk through Michigan State University's campus. It is hosted by MSU's College of Veterinary Medicine Professional Co-ed Fraternity, Omega Tau Sigma. The proceeds of the event will be donated to Ingham County Animal Control and Shelter.

Participants are encouraged to bring their canine companions for the run/walk.

A costume contest will also be held at the event.

Prizes will be given to the top runners and to the best costume.

Entry Fees:

*All chiildren under 6 are FREE!*
*All participants that pre-register before or on Oct. 14th 11:59 PM will be guaranteed a t-shirt*

Early Registration (before or on October 14, 2016 11:59 PM):
Ages 13 and up: $20.00
Ages 6- 12 years: $15.00

 Late Registration (after October 14, 2016 11:50 PM or at the day of the event):
Ages 13 and up: $25.00
Ages 6-12 years: $20.00

Schedule:

Race packet pick-up will begin at 9am in the courtyard behind Fee and Akers hall. The costume contest winners will be announced (and prizes distributed) at approximately 10:10am and following that the race will begin at 10:30am. The final award ceremony for the top runners will be around noon.

Free parking will be available the day of the event outside of Fee hall.

Participants will be emailed any additional other information a week prior to the event.

Note: Since we want to be able to donate as much as possible to Ingham County Animal Shelter, this is NOT a timed race. Additionally, if you bring a dog(s), please make sure they are comfortable around other dogs and children
