Description
Our 5k is open to the public. ALL proceeds from our 5k event benefit the GOTR Mid Michigan Scholarship Fund helping to ensure that the GOTR program is available for ALL girls in Mid Michigan regardless of their ability to pay.
For our GOTR girls, our 5k celebrates a season of learning about the importance of taking care of our emotional and physical health and is truly the embodiment of our mission of inspiring girls to be joyful, healthy and confident! Completing the 5k gives the girls a tangible understanding of the confidence that comes through accomplishment as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals. Crossing the finish line is a defining moment when the girls realize that even the seemingly impossible IS possible.
