Unfortunately the Road to Broad 5k that was scheduled for March 22 will be cancelled this year due to the covid-19 pandemic.
Michigan State University is cancelling most large events happening on campus and have encouraged students to go home.
We will be giving a full refund to those who have already paid. If you so choose, you can donate the entry money to Junior Achievement. Please choose the donate to charity option, otherwise you will receive a full refund.

Please join the Broad Student Senate as we host our 12th Annual Road to Broad 5K. Our walk/run 5K is held on the beautiful campus of Michigan State University.
The race will begin and end at the Auditorium Building on Farm Lane Road, and is followed by an awards ceremony (award for the top overall male and female) refreshing snacks. Your $20.00 registration ($25.00 if paid after March 15th) includes a t-shirt* and a chance to run in this fantastic race! *Must sign up before March 9th to be guaranteed a t-shirt*
Packet Pick Up will be on race day starting at 9:30 am at the Auditorium.
The race will be chipped timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and on the web at Playmakers.com.
Proceeds from this years event will go to Junior Achievement. They are volunteer-delivered, kindergarten-12th grade programs that foster work-readiness, entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, and use experiential learning to inspire students to dream big and reach their potential.
Starting line will be in front of the MSU Auditorium next to the rock and across the street from Bessey Hall.

This race is endorsed by and part of the Michigan Fitness Foundation Challenge. The challenge encourages Michiganders to engage with events that promote physical activity, health and wellness. You will receive a FIT point for every endorsed event you participate in or volunteer for from January 1st until December 31st. Points earn cool swag and a chance to win various prizes!
