Description
The Escanaba Fall Classic 5K Run/Walk, scheduled for Saturday, September 19th, 2026, will be run on a fast/scenic course, showcasing Escanaba, MI in September! All Fall Classic 5K finishers will receive a shirt and medal, with overall and age-group awards. We have a lot of fun planned!
The 5K race will start and finish in beautiful Ludington Park, located along the shores of Little Bay de Noc in Escanaba. The views and beach are stunning!
🚨 IMPORTANT EVENT UPDATE 🚨
Due to course safety concerns, the 2026 Escanaba Half Marathon has been canceled.
This was an incredibly difficult decision, and we're just as disappointed as you are. After extensive discussions and careful evaluation, we ultimately felt that the current course could not provide the safe race experience our participants deserve.
While we're saddened that we won't be lining up for the half marathon this year, we're already hard at work exploring a new course and hope to bring the event back stronger than ever in 2027.
