Description
Join us on Thursday evenings starting January 26th for a 6 week class focusing on core strength for running/walking. The preventative focus of this class will provide a base of tools necessary for longevity of running and walking strong. This is a body conditioning class designed for walkers and runners to improve muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. The moves covered in this class will place emphasis on spinal pelvis alignment, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance through body weight exercises and stretching. Beginner to advanced athletes are welcomed.
