Coming soon! Block Training Dates, stay tuned for more information.

Nervous About the Swim? No Problem!

If you’re not a strong or confident swimmer, we’ve got you covered. We recommend signing up for Wave 2 or Wave 3, which are designed for participants who prefer a more relaxed pace in the water. You’re also welcome to use a life jacket, kickboard, or other approved flotation aids to help you complete the swim safely and confidently.

This race is about participation, fun, and personal achievement—so don’t let the swim hold you back!

Swim:
You are welcome to wear a bodysuit or use a lifejacket, kickboard or other approved flotation aid to help you complete the swim safely and confidently. Emergency volunteers will be in the water to assist, if needed.

Bike:
Helmets are required for the bike portion of the race. You will be PROHIBITED from participation if you don’t have an approved helmet. Helmets MUST be buckled in place during ALL aspects of the bike race. Failing to have your helmet buckled will result in a D.Q.

Run:
There will be one water station located on the 5K run located at approximately the 1.5-mile marker.
