This is the registration for the Vasa Ski Club sponsored Vasa-Raptors Nordic Ski training camp. This camp will focus on building your base ski fitness and hone your Nordic ski technique. Each day will consist of at least one cardio workout and one rollerski technique session. Participating athletes should be able to complete a 6-7mi long run without stopping. Ideally we would like athletes to have some experience on rollerskis as well.
We will be camping at a group camp site at the D.H. Day Campground near the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Athletes must have a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad and anything else they might need to camp in a tent.

This camp is limited to 25 registrants, due to the campsite size. If you are local and would like to commute, you may do so at the discretion of the lead coach.
