Description
The 2020 Coast Guard City U.S.A. Virtual Run will be held Saturday, July 25th – August 1st. Race participants have the option to run and/or walk a 1-mile, 5K, or 10K course of their choice. Racers are encouraged to share their race experiences via social media, using hashtag #CoastGuardCityUSAVirtualRun.
Races held by the Tri-Cities Family YMCA serve as fundraisers for the organization to provide financial assistance and free programs to the community. This need is expected to be greater than usual. This race is an opportunity for our community to celebrate our city, honor the Coast Guard, and support the health and wellness mission of the Y, while adhering to social distancing recommendations. Race Shirt Pick Up
Race Shirt pick-up will take place on July 24, 2020, from 3:00-6:00 PM at the Tri-Cities Family YMCA. Pick-up will be a drive-thru process. Please have your window rolled down for a volunteer to place your race shirt through. Volunteers will be required to wear a mask and gloves.
PLEASE NOTE: If you registered after July 13, you are not guaranteed a race shirt. Registration fees were reduced to reflect this. Please contact Kelly Haracourt at kelly.haracourt@tcfymca.org with questions.
