(19-29), (30-39), (40-49), (50+)
6:30 field events: Long jump, shot put, discus, pole vault, high jump.
7:15 running events: 20m diaper dash, 55-100-110 hurdles, 70m, cross country mile, (1 Championship event 4 X 100 relay) 800m, 200m, 3200m
