Description
Meet up downtown for a 30 minute warm-up prior to heading out on your training run! Distances of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 miles will be available. After, enjoy hot chocolate, coffee, and water back at your starting point while you connect with others training for their SHE RUNS Grand Rapids event.
All participants will receive a coupon for a free bowl at CoreLife Eatery and be entered into a drawing for a $100 CoreLife Eatery gift certificate. As an added bonus SHE RUNS - New Balance beanie hats will be given away to the first 49 participants who register online for this event.
New Balance will be on hand with the FuelCell Rebel v2, Fresh Foam 1080v11, and Fresh Foam Vongo v5 demo shoes for attendees to try on their training run!
Schedule
9a - Meet at 555 Monroe for check-in and warm-up.
9:30a - Training runs depart.
10-11a - Hot beverages and water available at 555 Monroe.
