1609 meters or 5,280 feet. Whichever standard of measure you prefer, that is the distance of a mile. This distance was revered as the premier distance to race. During the 1960's and 1970's, the mile had countries racing against each other for national pride.
On July 9, while national pride may not be up for grabs, RunGR is providing you the opportunity to experience the fame & glory of the mile! Whether this is your first time stepping foot on a track or you are experienced, the Magic of the Mile will provide you excitement.
RunGR members receive $5 off when using the email address to sign up that is associated with their RunGR membership.
All youth 14 & under are free, no code needed.
For the Elite Mile:
1st place: $100
2nd place: $50

We will have a NEW format this year to help ensure everyone has FUN and the ability to run their best 1609 meters.
