Mini Course Preview Meetup

Preview the first few miles of the event courses, starting and finishing at the Grand Rapids Ballet! Join Gazelle Sports staff and SHE RUNS Grand Rapids pacers in the lobby for a pre-run talk. New Balance staff will be on hand with sports bra and shoe demo opportunities for your run or walk. Athletico Physical Therapy will be onsite for pre-run / walk stretches, and will be available post-training for stretching and to answer questions to assist in mitigating injuries. Courses for one, two and three miles will be offered. Bathrooms and water will be available at the Ballet. Free park in their lot or on the surrounding streets at meters (free parking on Sundays). Plus, the Ballet is on the Silverline bus line and close to a Rapid bus stop. Everyone is welcome!
