The 5K course runs through flat residential areas of beautiful East Grand Rapids. The deadline to get your shirt size is June 1, 2021. After that your size is not guaranteed. We will allow strollers, but you must stay to the back of the race groups when lining up. ON-LINE REGISTRATION WILL STAY OPEN UNTIL THE RACE. We are offering a dog and owner 5K run or walk. How exciting to run with your pet. All dogs must be on leashes and must wear a muzzle if aggressive. Please be responsible and take care of your pets droppings. All finishing pets will get dog charms, Canine Massage will be available for post race massage and frosty paws will be available post race.
Family Fun Run - this will become a family favorite for sure. Lace up your running shoes and run/walk with your family.
