For 15 years, Move Conmigo (formerly No Surrender Running Club) has been the only West Michigan organization that builds and expands access to movement for all by breaking down barriers to sport and play. By doing this, the organization empowers youth, strengthens families, and builds representation in sport. With its 3rd annual race, Move Conmigo aims to center communities of color and create a fun environment where community members can move alongside one another!
Runners, walkers, and baby strollers are welcome! The 5k & 10k are professionally timed by Epic Race Timing
Race Schedule
7:30 AM – Registration table opens
7:30 AM – Emcee begins
7:30 AM – Merch store opens
8:15 AM – Participants to starting line
8:25 AM – National anthem
8:30 AM – Race starts!!!

Parking
Please do not park in the main Kroc Center lot off of Division, as this is reserved for Kroc Center members. Parking is available in the lot off of Alger or on nearby neighborhood streets, circled on the map below. The start/finish area will be located near the restrooms by the Alger lot, as highlighted by the star on the map. Remember that you will need to give yourself enough time to park AND get your bib, so get there early!!

5k does route one time, 10k does route twice
Awards
Every participant will receive a finisher medal!
Special awards for:
- Top male and female in the 5k and 10k - $25 Striders gift card!
- Top male and female in each age group in the 5k and 10k
- 5k: 8 and under, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19, 20-34, 35-49, 50-64, 65+
- 10k: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60+
Race Day Volunteering
We could use volunteers for race day! Spots are available for race morning set-up, course marshals, aid station, registration table, and race tear-down. Email Tyler at tyler@moveconmigo.org or click here to sign up.
