Description
The 2025 Kent County Flame of Hope is happening on September 27th. Registration will start at 9:00 am and race time at 10:00 am.
The event will take place at Millennium Park and is a timed 5K race/walk with a 1 mile fun run. Registration will include a shirt and medal. We also have a dog registration where your dog can get a LETR bandana.
Awards will be given to winners based on age.
On site will be a Touch a Truck event. Where you can see Kent County Sheriff's Office, Grandville PD, Wallker PD and DPW's trucks, patrol cars, fire trucks, specialty units - like dogs, the tac team, drone team and more! Donations will be accepted.
No matter how you participate, you’re helping to spread awareness and bring hope to the athletes of Special Olympics Michigan
