Grayling Junior Vikings Football and Cheer Registration

Early Registration begins on 3-1-24 until 6-30-24 11:59 pm , LATE Registration begins on 7-1-24 at 12:00am until 7-26-24 at 11:59pm. No registrations will be accepted after July 26, 2024. 

Cost: $125 for grades 3-8 football, $100 for grades 3-8 cheer.

       **$50 late charge is applied for registration after 6-30-24 for football and cheer, per athlete. 

       ** A $25 per athlete additional sign up fee will be assessed during registration. This fee will be refunded once 2 hours of volunteering have been completed and confirmed during the season. Volunteer options will be posted closer to the start of the season.

IMPORTANT!!!!- There are FOUR forms that are REQUIRED prior to your athlete being eligible for practice. These forms are to be completed in their entirety (including all required signatures) and include: CONCUSSION EDUCATION, EMERGENCY CONTACT FORM, RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM AND PLAYER/PARENT CONDUCT FORM.

***All four forms need to be PRINTED and brought with the athlete ON THE FIRST SCHEDULED DAY OF PRACTICE (date/time will be communicated to all registered athletes contact person).  These forms are located in PDF format just below the registration events.

---Sports physicals are REQUIRED and MUST to be completed PRIOR to the athlete being able to practice. A copy of the athlete's sports physical must be provided directly to the Grayling Junior Vikings league administrator and NOT to the school. This includes football players AND cheerleaders.
