Description
Learn more about opioid use disorder and resources for recovery in Oceana County by participating in the Ride for Recovery this September! Participate in the virtual bike ride at any point during the month of September, we recommend using the Hart-Montague trail state park. Those participating will receive an informational Oceana County Opioid Treatment/Recovery Resource Kit. Utilize this to spread the word about the great programs and services available here in our community.
Participants will receive a free t-shirt (adult sizes, while supplies last) to wear on their bike ride. T-shirts can be picked up at District Health Department #10 Oceana County office at 3986 N Oceana Drive, Hart, MI 49420 during normal business hours.
Don't forget, when you ride your bike to snap a picture and share it with Oceana LEADS on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/oceanaleads.
Event sponsors include Shelby Rotary Club, Northwest Michigan Health Services, DHD#10 and Mercy Lakeshore Hospital.
