Spring 2017 Girls on the Run Program

Event date: Mon & Wed, starts 3/6/17   Where:  Vera Ralya Elementary

Time:  6 pm to 7:15 pm                         Who:  3rd to 5th Grade Girls (any school)

Girls on the Run (GOTR) is a 10-week, curriculum based program that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

The program culminates with a 5K celebration event on MSU’s campus which is built into the cost of the program on 5/21/17.

The Spring 2017 program will be held at the Vera Ralya Elementary (indoors or on the outdoor track depending on weather), beginning on Monday March 6th. The team will meet Monday and Wednesdays from 6 to 7:15 pm.  We have 4 dedicated coaches and one junior coach.  No prior experience necessary!

Why join Girls on the Run?  Have fun with other girls while you exercise, share experiences and challenge yourself to become physically and mentally stronger.
