Stanton 5 Mile Run/Walk

Walkers start at 8:30 am

Runners start at 9:00 am

THE COURSE
The Stanton 5-Mile Run/Walk begins at the north end of the
Houghton Canal Road and ends at the KennerDome in the heart
of Oskar Bay in Stanton Township. The starting point is at the
North Canal Park pavilion. The run proceeds along the Houghton
Canal Road into Oskar Bay, continues past the KennerDome, turns
right onto Ruohonen Road, then right onto Eilola Road, and ends at
the KennerDome parking area. Course conditions include areas of
gravel, sand and pavement.

REGISTRATION
Online registration available at Superior Timing.
Pre-registration is encouraged by May 15, 2015 to
guarantee a t-shirt on race day. Race day registration is
permitted, however, your t-shirt size is not guaranteed.
Registration Fee:
$20 until May 20th, $25 after May 20th

Youth (14 & under) $10 before May 20th.
$15 after that date.

KIDS RACE IS FREE

UPRRC Members $19.00 anytime
Race Day Registration begins at: 7:00 a.m.

AWARDS
1st, 2nd, 3rd place overall men and women. (Runners)
Youth (14 & under) 1st, 2nd, & 3rd for male and female.
1st, 2nd, & 3rd overall men and women. (Walkers)

AGE GROUPS (for timing only)
14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49,50-59, 60-69, 70+

SHUTTLE
Shuttle service is provided from the KennerDome parking
area to the start of the race at the North Canal Park.
The last shuttle departs Oskar Bay at 8:15 a.m. for
walkers and 8:45 a.m. for runners. Parking is available
across the street from the KennerDome.
