Come join an awesome mountain bike race and trail run set on the beautiful trails at North America's largest ski jump! The Copper Peak Trails Fest course navigates down to the Black River then climbs 500+ vertical feet to the historic Copper Peak ski flying jump. The downhills are fast and flowy with jumps, rollers, berms, rock gardens and bridges. There will be a Sport Bike Race (8 miles), an Expert Bike Race (17 miles), a Kid's Bike Race (1 mile) and a Trail Run (5 miles) on Saturday, followed by a 3 Stage Enduro race on Sunday. EVENT STARTS AT 9:30 AM ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 9TH AT THE MAIN PARKING LOT AT COPPER PEAK.
T-shirt is included: all racers registered by 8/31 are guaranteed a T-shirt.
The race is at the Copper Peak Ski Flying Hill, just north of Bessemer, MI.
Pre-race packet pickup: Friday 5:00-7:00 PM at Cold Iron Brewing
Packet pickup will also be available 8:00am Saturday morning at COPPER PEAK until race start.
