Food is Our Fuel is presented by Gazelle Sports, The Organic Gypsy and The Fitness Spot. Three local business that work to create individual and community health are teaming up for a special event.
Food plays a significant role in our active life. The Organic Gypsy and The Fitness Spot join Gazelle Sports for a very fun and informative Urban Herd on July 20 at 6 pm at Gazelle Sports. This evening is all about how food fuels us!
Bridgett Blough is the Organic Gypsy and will be offering great tasting food that will aid your health, fitness and performance.
Carrie Bennett owns The Fitness Spot and will share how choosing the right food will impact your running capacity, endurance, recovery and overall health.
The Gazelle Sports Urban Herd is a weekly fun run for all paces. It is held each Wednesday at Gazelle Sports 214 S Kalamazoo Mall and runners can choice 2, 4 or 6 miles.
The Food is Our Fuel Urban Herd costs $7 to attend and is limited to 120 participants. You can come and run or can come just for the food and talk.
