LOL 5K - VIRTUAL RACE

Hello Runners and Walkers,

Due to the uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation, we have decided to switch to a VIRTUAL RACE for the 2020 LOL 5K!  With a virtual race, you can run anywhere you like.  For example - your favorite trail, your neighborhood, even a treadmill if you choose.  You will have anytime between August 8th and August 22nd to complete your 5K race!  The registration will run through 12:59 PM EST on August 6th.  Once you’ve finished your race, just record your time in the runsignup.com website.  Each participant will receive email messages or txt messages with directions and helpful hints to complete their Virtual Race. 

About This Event:

The LAUGH Out Loud 5K is a family friendly, community-wide walk/run event. It is the first 5K to ever hit "The Corners" !! This 5K will have you entertained and smiling, if not laughing while you take in the beautiful sights and energetic entertainment ("spirit stations") that will line the course. Walk, run, skip, scoot, jump, jog or "wog" - this race is for you!

• Early Packet Pickup: Friday, August 07 from 4-7pm (Texas Drive Park)
• Only one Packet Pickup time -  August 07 from 4-7pm (Texas Drive Park)

Event Fees:

• 5K Run/Walk: $30
• Registration includes: entrance fee, t-shirt, and participation medal (while supplies last)
• No Refunds

Course:

Your Course - neighborhood, park trails, even a treadmill

T-Shirts:

• To be guaranteed a t-shirt, participants must register before July 24, 2020.   Only a limited supply of extra t-shirts will be ordered for registrations after July 24th.  

Online Registration Ends: 

• Thursday, August 6th, 11:59 pm

In person registrations will be taken at the Texas Drive Park Pavilion on:
