Description
The 2nd Annual 5k Run/Walk (with a Patriotic twist!) will start on Broadway street just south of Flint Street in front of Sagebrush Cantina. Finish will be on Odanah Ave just west of the Memorial. Each participant to receive an event dog tag at the finish. Day of check in will take place at Lockhart's BBQ in Lake Orion on Flint St starting at 10:30 am. Registration and packet pickup available Sunday, May 27th from Noon until 4 pm at Hanson's Running Shop on the corner of Flint and Broadway. Event Shirts guaranteed to those registered by May 7th!
Other events taking place that day in Lake Orion include a Wreath Ceremony in Children's Park, a Memorial Day Parade on Broadway, and the annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the Orion Veteran's Memorial. Join us in your red, white and blue!
Event proceeds to support the long term sustainability of the Orion Veteran's Memorial.
