Run or walk the 8th annual Lansing Team Hope for Huntington's Disease 5K, Fun Walk and Kids 1 mile run on September 12th.  5k and Fun walk participants receive an event shirt, lunch and cider. Kids 1 mile run shirts are $5.

Prize and medals for 1st - 3rd place for Men's and Ladies overall

Medals for 1st place for all age categories, male and female. 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Medals for all kids under the age of 13.

Register by September 4th to be guaranteed an event performance shirt in your size. Shirts available as supplies last after that date.

Packet Pick-up: Race day 8:45-9:45 am, Granger Meadows

Parking: Lighted parking lots located at pavilion #1 and #2

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and on the web at

Donate and SAVE!

When you donate $50 you'll receive a discount of $10 off your race entry fee. Donate $25 and you'll receive $5 off your race entry fee. Applies to both the 5k and 1 mile events. Simply register, follow the steps and on the donation page choose $50 or $25 donation level. 

Team Hope Walks aim to raise as much money possible in the local community to support the mission and services of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. Thank you for supporting our cause!

This race is endorsed by The Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and part of the Michigan Fitness Foundation Challenge. The challenge encourages Michiganders to engage with events that promote physical activity, health and wellness. You will receive a FIT point for every endorsed event you participate in or volunteer for from January 1st until December 31st. Points earn cool swag and a chance to win various prizes!
