Join us for the 2026 Milk Miles 5K — a virtual movement rooted in care, connection, and community.
Hosted by Michigan Breastfeeding Network, this 5K invites you to walk, run, or roll wherever you are, alongside families and advocates across Michigan and beyond. Because no matter where you show up, you’re part of something bigger.
Milk Miles supports equitable access to breastfeeding and human milk feeding resources, uplifting families through advocacy, education, and community-based care. Every mile you log helps move this work forward.

Youth: Under 18
Adult: 18–29
Adult: 30–49
Adult: 50+
Stroller Division: All ages
Awards & Recognition:
1st and 2nd place in each division will receive ribbons
