Horning Farms Hustle - 5k & Fun Run

Horning Farms is hosting our 4th Annual 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run!

 

Join us for a uniquely scenic race course in the country side. Founded in 1877, Horning Farms overlooks beautiful Pleasant Lake in Manchester, MI. With the 5th and 6th generations managing our 400 cow dairy farm, we're excited to give running an agriculture-related twist!

 

-9:00am - The 1 Mile Fun Run will go by our cow food storage areas and right past our baby calves and younger animals. A mix of concrete and dirt driveway make this course stroller friendly and perfect for families! Children run for free with Parent's registration

-9:30am - The 5k will show off what farming is all about. This "trail" run features a loop around and through our crop fields before finishing in the heart of our farm.

-Following the races, re-hydrate and re-fuel with water and deliciously nutritious chocolate milk!

-Race-themed medals will be given to all participants. Awards will be given to Overall and Age Group winners (Male and Female) of the 5k race

-We've added a FREE 1 Mile Fun Run registration option for participants who do not want a race-themed T-shirt

-T-shirts will be provided for all registered participants, other than FREE 1 Mile Fun Run registrations. T-shirt sizes guaranteed for registrations received on/before July 1st

-Race day sign-up will be permitted, with leftover shirts offered to participants who registered after July 1st if still available
