Description

Iliotibial Band Syndrome is a very common injury for many runners, and often occurs with changes in mileage or intensity. The IT Band, which runs from the hip down the outer thigh to attach on the side of the knee, can become tight and inflammed, making running and walking very painful.

Therapists Alicia Heading and Kara Martindale of Renue Physical Therapy have prepared a short informational session to discuss IT Band Syndrome, techniques to prevent it, and tips on treating it. Join us Wednesday, December 7, at 6:00pm for a free clinic to address your questions and concerns regarding IT Band Syndrome or any other fitness-related injuries, with both therapists on site at Runners Athletic Company in Midland!
